The rain has bucketed down this October – but despite a it of a soaking we have had a bucket load of fun. One of our lovely liveries organised a Halloween fest with a pumpkin competition as well as having to find clues in some of the most obscure places around the yard leading up to the final scavenger hunt. Of course tea and cakes completed to this fun event.
Some of us hacked up to meet Clackmannanshire Riders Access Group for a Halloween ride out followed by hot soup and sausage rolls. A bit of dressing up is always fun and people went to town and got into the spooky spirit of things. Enjoying a bit of social interacting over a mug of soup after a cold autumn ride to hit the spot to warm us all up.
The jumps have been out a lot this month for riders practising for a bit of jumping fun at local centres. Being in a central location means all sorts of equestrian events are never far away.
We love seeing people having fun with their horses and with so much equestrian activities – it is a wonderful activity for general well being.
